First Lady Karen Hayes was born Karen Higgs to Rose Higgs and the late Pastor Aaron D. Higgs.  She is the youngest of two siblings born to this union. She graduated High School from Little Rock Central High in 1982. Three years later, in 1985, she married her high school sweetheart Cedric Hayes of North Little Rock Arkansas.  They have 6 children, and three grandchildren.  

She obtained a license from the Arkansas State Board of Cosmetology in 1987 and has operated two full service salons, and a retail store, before going into ministry full time in 1995.  First Lady Karen Hayes is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, and is licensed to Minister the Gospel under Bishop. I.V. and Lady Bridgette Hilliard. 


 

First Lady has a very strong anointing for women and family and is a prolific teacher of the word of God.  Her of age children are dance instructors, Modeling teachers and in school for Cosmetology. 

First Lady Karen Hayes has traveled many places teaching the Word of God to Singles and Women, and she and her husband often do marriage Conferences and seminars. She serves as a mentor to many First Ladies and women around the country.  She loves to cook, and in her down time she loves relaxing with her family.  First Lady Karen Hayes, a phenomenal virtuous woman!
